Performances

Born at Johann Krull’s stud farm, Cornetto K was bought from 7 years by the stable Hendrickx-Willems and began its international career under the saddle of Dominique Hendrickx (BEL). Together, they have been ranked many times in 1,40m/1,45m classes, and finished 6th of Grand Prix 2* of Lier in August, 2014. Thanks to the sale of the champion First Devision in Qatar, Yuri has been entrusted the young dark bay in November, 2014. The duo matched very fast.

At the beginning of 2015, they obtain their first results. 3rd then 7th of Grand Prix 3* of Vejer de la Frontera (ESP), 14th of the GCT of Hamburg (GER), winner again of Grand Prix 3* of Lier (BEL), then 5th of that of  Saint-Lô (FRA), Cornetto K progressed fast thanks to the work realized by Yuri.

Cornet Obolensky‘s son drew attention  of Doda de Miranda (BRA) who bought it to ride immediately at top level. The couple finished 3rd of Grand Prix 5* of Wellington (USA) at the beginning of 2016 then won the Nations Cup of Falsterbo (SWE) before flying away to Rio for the Olympics where they ended 9th individual.
